The Kidde K98166 Alarmline Analogue Linear Heat Cable senses temperature variations a change in temperature produces a relative change in resistance which is monitored by a dedicated Alarmline controller either the LHD4 or LWM-1. The cable has four cores and stainless steel braided outer sheath over the nylon coated cable with a diameter of 5.5mm. Recommended for areas where a high level of chemical and mechanical damage is likely. Cable is supplied in drums of 100m increments and has a Vds approval
