FIREBEAM XTRA Reflective Beam Detector The New FIREBEAM XTRA raises the bar higher and further than all previous firebeam models. The new Firebeam xtra keeps all the advanced technology of the previous firebeam models, but now boasts a world beating range of upto 160 metres. FIREBEAM XTRA Revised Optics The new design incorporates leading features honed over the years by The Fire Beam Company.  Utilising advanced components they have now produced a VdS approved fully compliant to EN54-12:2015 beam detector. What is the advantage of 160 metres? In the ever increasingly cost conscious world, using the FIREBEAM XTRA will mean that you would only need to purchase one beam instead of two, when covering distances over 100m.  Not only will the cost of hardware be significantly less, but also the cost of installing with be significantly reduced. The Importance of the Low Level Control The FIREBEAM XTRA utilises a low lover controller.  This unit along with motorisation of the detector has the advantage of being able to commission, adjust and maintain the beam from the safety and ease of ground level.
