Elmdene TR2 24V 2A Smoothed Power Supply Unit 24V Power Supplies for Fire and Access Control Applications  Designed for fire and access control applications that require control of the power supply output. A typical example being where a TR or TRS power supply unit is used is to power door retainers, with a link to the fire panel in order to switch off the output to the doors in the event of a fire alarm activation. The units have an expanded range of input options which includes the detection of a normally closed contact going open and also removal of a 24V dc signal to provide a fully fail safe operation mode.
