C-Tec QT423 The C-Tec QT423 is a Quntec Addressable Call System configuator unit.  It comes complete with a programming lead, adaptor and software. The C-Tec QT423 is used to program special advanced functions on C-Tec Quantec Call Points, Universal Programming Devices, Hi-Output Sounders, IR/RF Transmitters and IR/RF Pendants.
