C-Tec NC920F 20 Zone Master Call Controller Panel – Flush Mount – 800 Series The C-Tec NC920F is a 20 Zone Master Call Controller for use with the C-Tec 800 Series range of call system equipment.  This unit is designed to be flush mounted and gives an modern aesthetically pleasing finish to a call system. The C-Tec NC920F comes supplied with a 12 volt 300mA power supply unit.  Integral to the front panel is a reset button and mute / call acknowledge button.  These buttons allow the user to acknowledge and also reset calls that are made on the 800 series call system.
